For 35 years, Delia dedicated herself to AT&T, followed by employment with Verizon. Her career was not merely a job but a testament to her driven nature and relentless pursuit of success. Colleagues admired her organizational skills, which only complemented her sweet personality and quick wit. Known for her sarcastic humor, Delia could always light up a room, weaving laughter with the fabric of hard work and commitment. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Delia was a devoted mother, proud grandmother, and a cherished aunt. She is survived by her loving daughter, Esther Shantel Wright (David), and her two sons, Anthony David Scott and Mark Israel Scott. Delia's heart was pure with pride for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her great joy could be found in attending special events and celebrating milestones that illuminated their lives. Delia was more than a career woman; she was a nurturer at her core. Cooking delicious meals brought her bliss, while shopping for the perfect gift or a weekend getaway exemplified her generous spirit. In her final days, Delia’s essence continued to shine through the love of her sister, Arlena Mosley, and her brother, William C.
