Charlotte Davis Paramore

Charlotte Davis Paramore, born on August 19, 1945, in Columbus, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. Charlotte was the cherished daughter of Albert and Rhenetta Davis, and she grew up in a warm and close-knit family, one of four siblings who shared a deep bond. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, her sister Virginia, and her brother Ronald. These losses were deeply felt, but Charlotte's love for family always remained steadfast and unshakable. A proud graduate of Bishop Hatley High School in Columbus, Charlotte went on to attend Ohio State University, where she earned her master's degree in music. Music was her true calling, and it became the heartbeat of her life. She began her career performing with the Columbus Symphony, and her extraordinary talent as a violinist soon opened the door to a remarkable 40-year journey with the National Symphony Orchestra in Washington, D.C. Charlotte performed with elegance, dedication, and grace until she was no longer able due to illness. Even in retirement, her passion for music never waned. Charlotte was not just a gifted musician; she was a woman of warmth, kindness, and quiet strength. She was known for her unwavering devotion to her family and friends, always showing up with love and care in every relationship. She created a home filled with music, laughter, and the warmth of togetherness. Her legacy is one of love - both for art and for the people in her life. She is survived by her loving husband, Cliff Paramore, whose dedication and support were the cornerstone of her life, especially in recent years. She also leaves behind her beloved sons, Bill and Tony, who will always carry her love and wisdom with them, and her devoted sister, Constance, who shared a special, lifelong bond with her. She is also survived by her nephews Eric, Thomas, Matthew, Ronald, Jr. and Jamie as well as many other family members and friends. Charlotte's family meant the world to her, and their love was the foundation of her joy. Charlotte's spirit will continue to inspire all who knew her, and her legacy of music and love will live on in the hearts of her family, friends, and those fortunate enough to have witnessed her extraordinary life.
