Michael Kelley, Pastor Remembering Beulah On Saturday, September 22, Beulah R. Proctor was called home to be with the Lord at a nursing home in Harrisburg, PA. Beulah was the third daughter of the late Edmund and Marie Lilly. She was born on October 8, 1927 in Washington, DC where she was educated. She was married to the late Irvin Proctor and from this union, three sons were born: Irving, Eric and Arron. She leaves to mourn her passing, son, Arron Proctor; two daughters-in-law, Terri Proctor and Jacqueline Proctor; ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, three sisters, Fredricka Wilson, Gladys Scott and Joyce Mullins; brother, Tyrone Edwards; an aunt, Viola Williams; two sisters-in-law, Helen Lilly and Mary Edwards, brother-in-law, Earl Payne, and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. Beulah, we all love and miss your loving smile. WE will all meet someday on the other side.
